SHIPPING INFORMATION

Which countries do we deliver to?

We send our products all over the world where DHL Express delivers. There may be certain restrictions and these countries will not be able to be selected when you confirm your order. 

Where do you despatch your items from?

We send our products from our warehouse in Norway. All orders are sent by DHL Express.

When will I receive my order?

This normally takes 1-3 working days, depending on where the item is being delivered to. DHL will get in touch with you with further details and you can track your order by using the code you receive once you have confirmed your order.

Can I collect my order from a shop?

Unfortunately no. All online orders are delivered by DHL Express to your address.

How do I receive my package?

All items sent by DHL Express require a signature on delivery. DHL normally operate between the hours of 9am-6pm during the working week. They will get in touch with you shortly before delivery. If you wish, you can enter another delivery address when you confirm your order or via the information you receive from DHL after they have collected your order.

How much do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders exceeding 950 NOK/SEK or 95 EUR. Any orders below this amount will incur a charge of 75 NOK/SEK or 7.50 EUR.

Are there additional costs incurred through taxes, fees or import duties?

No. When you buy anything via northug.com everything is included in the price. There are no additional fees, neither before nor after delivery.
