 1. General

These are the conditions which apply to the use of this website and the agreements (hereafter called ‘‘conditions’’) which are entered into between you and Please read these conditions carefully before confirming an order at the checkout. 2. Availability

The items we present on this website are available and can be sent anywhere in the world. However, there may be certain restrictions and the countries concerned may not be able to be selected when you confirm an order.

 3. How to place an order

We have made procedures for ordering as simple as possible for you:

-       Find your desired product, click on it to select it.

-       Once you have found the product(s) you desire, click on the shopping cart at the top right-hand corner.

-       Follow the steps to check-out.

-       Select a method of payment.

-       All items are sent by DHL Express and we aim to deliver within 1-3 working days.

 4. Prices

The prices displayed at will always be the price you pay. No V.A.T. or tax will be added -  this is included in the price. Northug also bears the costs of any import duties.

Only shipping charges appear as an additional cost. This will be added and clearly stated when checking out .

5. Carriage offers free shipping on any orders at a value of more than 950 NOK/SEK or 95 EUR. Any orders below this amount will incur a charge of 75 NOK/SEK or 7.50 EUR.

 6. Delivery

We at do our best to despatch any item ordered as soon as possible, in the order they are received. Even if our aim is to deliver items within 1-3 working days, unforeseen circumstances may arise which may incur a delay. If a delay should unexpectedly exceed more than 30 days then you can cancel your order. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have confirmed your order, you will be sent an e-mail or message with the order details. You will also receive a code so that you can track your package at DHL Express.

7. Right of withdrawal

A right of withdrawal form comes with the order confirmation when you order items. For more info see: Return and exchanges

8. Complaints

If you have received a damaged item or have a complaint, and want to return it, within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered, give us a message within 2 months. from this time period.
Complaints can be made no later than two years after you took over / received the item. If the product or parts of it are intended to last significantly longer than two years, the complaint deadline is five years.

If the item has a defect which is not due to the buyer or circumstances on the buyer's side, you can, according to the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act chapter 6, withhold the purchase price, choose between correction and re-delivery, demand a price reduction, demand the agreement terminated and / or demand compensation from the seller.

Complaints should be made in writing.

Please contact our customer service at, and you will receive help. Do not send anything back to us without first having been in contact with us and received a confirmation. We need to clarify the extent of the damage before we decide on the details of the return shipment / compensation.

9. Conflict resolution

Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. points 9 and 10 in Standard sales conditions for consumer purchases over the Internet (see HERE).
